1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bahggo ("bahggo", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bahggo.win. These Terms govern your access to and use of all features, services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional offers made available through the bahggo platform.

These Terms are effective from the date you complete registration on the bahggo platform. bahggo reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the bahggo platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by bahggo that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawal processing above specified thresholds.

3. Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on bahggo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bahggo enforces strict 18+ age verification at registration and prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register as Players.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bahggo or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location before using the bahggo platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a bahggo employee, contractor, or director.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the bahggo platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. bahggo reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration.

bahggo may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without being required to provide a reason. Account registration does not guarantee the right to place any particular wager or to access any particular game or promotion.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bahggo login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

bahggo will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bahggo immediately. bahggo may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

6. Deposits

All deposits on bahggo are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. bahggo does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not listed on the cashier page.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: As displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction; limits may vary by payment method.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited within 5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 60 minutes during business hours.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• bahggo does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

bahggo reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit, in particular for large or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withholding of withdrawal requests until the matter is resolved.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name. bahggo will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) exclusively.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• KYC requirement: Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals will be declined where active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled on the account.
• bahggo reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

In the event that a withdrawal is declined, bahggo will communicate the reason to the Player within 24 hours and, where possible, advise on the steps required to resolve the matter. Unjustified delays in processing legitimate withdrawal requests are contrary to bahggo's commitment to its players.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

bahggo offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement is stated at the time of the offer and must be fulfilled before any portion of bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to your account if wagering requirements remain unmet.

9. Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on bahggo, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are governed by the specific bet settlement rules published on the platform for each sport and market type. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation; the odds at confirmation are final.
• bahggo reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond the specified settlement timeframe, or affected by a verifiable technical error in odds publication.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and platform availability. bahggo is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• bahggo reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or series of related bets at its reasonable discretion.
• Winnings from voided bets are returned as stake only.

10. Casino Games

• Match-fixing or any involvement in the manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the bahggo platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of bahggo or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the bahggo platform without prior written consent from bahggo. Unauthorised use of bahggo's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

13. Privacy

bahggo's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the bahggo Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

bahggo will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners) is limited to the information strictly necessary to process your transaction.

14. Responsible Gaming

bahggo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network interruptions, and technical faults may temporarily affect platform availability. bahggo will endeavour to minimise such disruptions and to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

16. Amendments to These Terms

bahggo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bahggo will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your Account before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the bahggo platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bahggo arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
